With the second COVID-19 vaccine clinic now complete, and nearly all of Reata Glen’s residents vaccinated, the community has begun expanding their programming to include additional in-person activities while following social distancing practices.
“It feels like summer is here for the kids at school,” resident Kathleen Allen told KCBS-TV. “We get to go out and play and do all the things that we haven’t been able to do.”
In March, the community moved fitness classes inside with 20 people in attendance. The community also reopened the dining rooms. Residents are encouraged to remain socially engaged while maintaining social distance.
